Thanks to adidas Originals we had the pleasure to style our very own look with items selected from the new adidas Originals Women’s Collection. We absolutely loved the World Cup 2014-anticipating Brazilian-style prints by The Farm Company, so incorporating them into the shoot was a must. The rest just flowed from there, and now we feel pretty good about our fashion-do, and the whole adidas Originals Women’s Collection in general. So, here’s our final shot…

With one small seed editor-in-chief Giuseppe Russo as art director, and photographer Stephen Greeff working his magic behind the lens, models were transformed into robotic femmes fatales in a plot of high drama and thrill. Puma Fashion Shoot

In celebration of Puma’s longstanding corroboration of African football, the global ‘sports lifestyle’ brand commissioned prominent New York artist Kehinde Wiley to create artworks in honour of the beautiful game and its African superstars. For our fashion section this season, one small seed constructed a shoot inspired by his art, featuring the Puma Africa Collection that draws on the decorative elements of Kehinde’s flamboyant portraits. The London-based, Japanese and Scandinavian-influenced brand Inoue jetted in to Cape Town to shoot a fine art-meets-fashion story for their Autumn/Winter 2009 collection. From the streets of Gugs to the golden sands of Clifton, the story journeys between the disparate elements of South African culture. Length 04:43

Instead of selecting models from glossy catalogues, the brothers collaborated with Afrochique sensation Gazelle on the project, using The Season Marimba Star players as their models and frontman Xander Ferreira as their photographer.
