Jobugers were lucky enough to get a taste of the snowflake yesterday, with some embracing the rare occasion more than others. Before the snow had melted a small team of creatives – called The Gaschette Team – took to the street to capture the beauty.

Photographer Steve Marais and I are on a mission to find the best talent in Joburg. We asked the top agencies in the city to send us their most promising new faces. The result is a series of beautiful portraits of the top young modeling talent Jo’burg has to offer. These are the models who, in our opinion, will make it big in 2012.
